Plant Protein, Faster Recovery

Blend one level scoop into 250 ml water, after training or with breakfast. Serving size and scoop measure are printed on the pack — follow the pack rather than a general rule.

No. Every protein we sell is plant protein — there is no whey or dairy protein anywhere in the range. The vegan or vegetarian status is declared on each pack.

Supplements work as part of an everyday routine rather than as a quick fix, so give any formula a consistent run of several weeks alongside a reasonable diet and sleep. We will not put a number on it: results depend on the individual, and anyone promising a fixed timeline is guessing.

Plenty of people pair a protein with a hair or skin formula. Keep each product to its stated daily serving rather than doubling up, and read the labels so you are not taking the same nutrient twice — several of our formulas contain biotin or zinc.

Speak to your doctor first. These are food supplements, not medicine: they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and we are not able to give medical advice or tell you whether a formula suits your situation.

You pay a ₹99 booking amount per item now to reserve your order, and the balance is payable before dispatch. Pre-orders are prepaid only — cash on delivery is not available.

Dispatch begins about 30 days from your order date. We are producing this batch to order, so it takes a little longer than a normal delivery. Shipping is free across India.

Sealed, unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened packs are not returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective or not what you ordered.
